Description

The project involves the study of a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the Veneto Region and Azienda Zero concerning the activities the latter performs on behalf of the Region. An SLA is “an agreement between the service provider and its customer that quantifies the minimum acceptable level (measurable through objective indicators) of service for the consumer.” The specifications must therefore be negotiated and recognized as applicable by both parties, in an unambiguous and shared manner. The main actions envisaged by the project consist of the validation of the mapping of the activities carried out by Azienda Zero on behalf of the Veneto Region, the definition of priorities and the consequent choice of activities on which to define the expected service levels through the development of appropriate indicators that allow monitoring and evaluation of the reference targets. Fondazione Università Ca' Foscari manages the administrative aspects of research and analysis activities, as well as the relations with the Department of Economics for the transmission of project reports and payment cycles.
