Whistleblowing - reporting of suspected misconduct

As of 17/07/2023 Fondazione Ca' Foscari updated and integrated the procedure for reporting suspected misconduct already in force and operational, in accordance with the recent regulatory changes made by Legislative Decree 24/2023, and with ANAC Resolution 311/2023.

The contact person for these matters is the Head of Prevention of Corruption and Transparency (RPCT), who may also make use of a dedicated work-group.
Anyone who wishes to report situations of suspected wrongdoing or irregularities of which they have become aware, and wishes to provide the RPCT with the necessary indications to carry out the appropriate checks, may operate through the Whistleblowing Form, which is found among the attachments on this page, on the basis of the relevant reporting procedure, and send it by the following methods, in order of priority:

• by registered surface mail with notice of receipt, to the attention of the head of the whistleblowing channels in the person of the RPCT, at the headquarters of the Fondazione at the address Dorsoduro n. 3246, 30123, Venice (VE), Italy;

• by following the instructions described in the procedure which can be downloaded from this page.

As per the stipulations of the Legislative Decree and ANAC Guidelines, consideration cannot be given to communications which are not formalized in the manner and content indicated in the above-mentioned procedure, or which pertain to issues or content that are not relevant to the requirements of protection and intervention governed by the law.
